Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering and infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Manage stakeholder engagement including clients contractors consultants and internal teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing potential challenges.
Monitor project performance against key milestones quality standards and financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations regulatory requirements and company standards.
Drive project governance reporting and effective decision-making processes.
Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Deliver projects safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Project Management Construction Management or a related field.
8-10 years post-graduate professional experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in a dedicated Project Management role.
Proven track record of managing complex engineering industrial infrastructure mining or energy-related projects.
Strong financial commercial and contractual management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies systems and reporting frameworks.
Professional registration and/or Project Management certification will be advantageous.
