Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive operational planning delegation and decision-making processes to consistently achieve profit targets while strictly adhering to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and champion a forward-looking strategic plan by analyzing emerging technological and financial landscapes presenting clear assumptions and recommending measurable objectives.
• Drive the realization of strategic objectives through meticulous budget management establishing clear performance metrics optimizing resource allocation and conducting regular progress reviews.
• Ensure seamless coordination across procurement production field and technical service departments by establishing and enforcing robust policies and practices aligning efforts with corporate strategy.
• Cultivate a high-accountability environment by effectively assigning responsibilities monitoring performance outcomes and providing continuous coaching and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Uphold and enhance the organizations reputation by fostering strong customer relationships engaging with community organizations and strictly enforcing ethical business conduct.
• Maintain uncompromising quality service delivery by establishing enforcing and continuously benchmarking against organization standards and best global practices.
