Project Manager Development Services

Our client is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of built environment and infrastructure projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will bring strong project leadership capabilities with particular strength in the front-end stages of development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initial development and feasibility through to completion.
• Manage project activities across Stages 1 to 6.
• Develop and maintain project programmes budgets and delivery plans.
• Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective project communication.
• Track project progress against agreed scope time cost and quality objectives.
• Proactively manage project risks challenges and changes.
• Support informed decision-making during the front-end development process.
• Ensure effective project administration reporting and close-out.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Project Management Engineering Construction Management Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience managing projects within both the built environment and infrastructure sectors.
• Exposure to the complete project life cycle from Stages 1 to 6.
• Strong understanding of project development and front-end processes.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong commercial organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
