A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale mining industrial infrastructure and process plant projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

BEng Mechanical Engineering
8 years project management experience
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects
Strong commercial and contractual understanding
PMP PrCPM or equivalent certification advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
Manage project budgets schedules resources and risk.
Develop project execution plans and reporting structures.
Coordinate activities between engineering procurement and construction teams.
Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitor project performance against key milestones and objectives.
Administer contracts and manage change control processes.
Drive compliance with quality safety and environmental standards.
Lead project review meetings and progress reporting.
Oversee procurement strategies and supplier performance.
Manage commissioning and project close-out activities.
Mentor project engineers and junior project personnel.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and operational efficiencies.
