Job Summary
Our client based in Centurion is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Programme Office. The successful candidate will work in a technical engineering environment supporting projects for both local and international customers.
Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and within budget while coordinating teams stakeholders risks and project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education (essential):
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Degree would be advantageous)
- MBA or PMP certification preferred
Minimum applicable experience (years):
- 57 years experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
Required nature of experience:
- Managing complex projects within the defence aerospace RF microwave or related engineering industries
- Delivering technical products and solutions within highly regulated standards-driven and quality-controlled environments
- Project experience delivering hardware products within an electronics-related field particularly electromagnetics or microwave/RF engineering
- Managing customer-facing projects documentation reporting and deliverables
- Managing multiple projects concurrently
- Exposure to international customers particularly European customers is advantageous

- Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Project Planning & Management
- Develop project plans scope timelines budgets and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure projects remain on track and within scope and budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers project teams and senior management.
- Manage customer requirements expectations and commitments.
- Coordinate customer reviews meetings and project updates.
- Provide regular project progress and financial updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with customer contractual and industry requirements.
- Monitor quality standards throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate qualification verification validation and acceptance activities.
- Ensure effective project governance and reporting.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Optimise personnel equipment and financial resources.
- Resolve project challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Manage changes to project scope and requirements.
- Support effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
