Project Finance Senior Manager

A leading corporate finance advisory firm is seeking an experienced Project Finance / Infrastructure Advisory Senior Manager to lead the execution and origination of complex infrastructure and project finance transactions across sectors including energy water and transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project finance debt raising refinancing and infrastructure advisory transactions.
  
• Manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary transaction teams.
  
• Oversee complex financial models transaction analysis and due diligence.
  
• Prepare and review investment papers information memoranda and financing materials.
  
• Support business development proposals and transaction origination.
  
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
  

Requirements:

• CA(SA) CFA MBA or Finance-related degree.
  
• 610 years experience in project finance infrastructure advisory or corporate finance.
  
• Strong experience in project finance debt raising refinancing PPPs and infrastructure transactions.
  
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
  
• Proven client management transaction execution and leadership experience.
  
• Strong commercial acumen communication and stakeholder management skills.
