Job Summary

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience as a Construction Site Manager in the Construction Industry

National Diploma or Degree in Construction Management Building Science Civil Engineering or a related field Relevant Tertiary Education required

Strong knowledge of SANS Building Regulations NHBRC Technical Requirements JBCC Building Contracts Occupational Health & Safety Act Construction Regulations construction quality standards and the interpretation of architectural structural civil electrical and plumbing drawings will be beneficial

Valid Drivers License and own Transport required

Salary Structure:

Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
