Job Summary
We are seeking a professionally registered Civil Engineer (PR Eng) to join a dynamic team and contribute to the planning design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise ensure compliance with engineering standards and support project execution from concept through to completion.
Job Description:
- Lead the design and management of civil engineering projects
- Prepare and review technical reports specifications and drawings
- Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations standards and quality requirements
- Manage project budgets schedules and resources
- Coordinate with clients contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct site inspections and provide engineering support during construction
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles and practices
- Experience in infrastructure roads water stormwater or municipal projects
- Proficiency in engineering design and project management software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Minimum 5 years relevant civil engineering experience
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites when required
- BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Civil Engineering
- Professional registration as a PR Eng with ECSA
