Professional Architect

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Architect with a strong track record in delivering complex architectural projects from documentation through to construction. This role is suited to a technically accomplished professional who can lead teams coordinate sites and ensure design intent is executed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects through documentation coordination and construction stages.
• Manage project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.
• Oversee site coordination and monitor construction progress.
• Produce and review detailed construction documentation and technical drawings.
• Ensure design intent quality programme and project requirements are maintained.
• Apply sound technical and commercial judgement throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate BIM models and ensure effective collaboration across project teams.
• Communicate clearly with clients consultants contractors and internal teams.
• Manage project deliverables deadlines and competing priorities.

Requirements:

• SACAP-registered Professional Architect.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Advanced and demonstrable proficiency in Revit
• Thorough understanding of Revit collaboration modelling techniques and best practices.
• Proven experience on large complex projects including mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Strong construction drawing and detailing experience.
• Sound knowledge of building systems materials industry standards and applicable codes.
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Client-focused proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
