The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence process efficiency product quality safety performance cost optimization and team development while supporting Ingrains strategic objectives

Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementLead and manage daily Wetmill production activities to achieve production and optimize wet milling processes to maximize starch extraction and process plant capacity utilization and throughput targets are downtime through effective planning monitoring and operational excellence and continuous improvement Quality & CompliancePromote and maintain a strong safety culture within the compliance with SHER requirements HACCP HAZOP and ISO product quality standards and ensure adherence to manufacturing environmental compliance and sustainability all operational activities comply with company policies and legislative ManagementManage production costs and ensure adherence to approved and implement cost-saving energy consumption waste reduction and resource efficiencies to improve overall plant ManagementLead coach and develop a high-performing production employee performance and ensure accountability for employee training development and succession an engaged workforce focused on safety quality and positive employee relations and teamwork across shifts and ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve process capability reliability and continuous improvement and operational excellence best practices and innovative solutions to enhance plant strategic projects aimed at improving manufacturing standards and business ManagementCollaborate with Engineering Quality SHER Finance HR Technical Services and other departments to achieve business relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure service cross-functional initiatives that improve overall business performance.

Minimum Requirements
QualificationsDegree in Chemical Engineering Process Engineering Industrial EngineeringOperations Management or a related qualification in a relevant engineering discipline will be 5 years supervisory experience within a manufacturing or FMCG 3 years technical maintenance or plant engineering experience in a supervisory within a process manufacturing environment will be & SkillsAdvanced knowledge of wet milling processes and manufacturing design and engineering management and project and budget process improvement and process of HACCP HAZOP and ISO analytical and problem-solving computer communication and report-writing CompetenciesLeadershipAccountabilityOperational ExcellenceTeam LeadershipCustomer FocusCritical ThinkingRelationship BuildingBusiness & Financial AcumenAttention to DetailProblem SolvingContinuous ImprovementTechnical & Engineering Expertise
