- Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience within the Automotive Manufacturing Industry of which at least 4 years has been in Production Management
- Degree in Operations Project or Business Management required
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel ability
- Experienced in Leading Lean Business Improvements managing Lean and Six Sigma Projects
- Experienced with ISO Standards including ISO 9001 (2015) 45001 and 14001
- Strong working experience with Workflow Management Quality Standards 5S Stakeholder Communications Production Planning and Coordination Staff Supervision Training and Development and Smooth Flow Activity
- Strong knowledge Product Technical knowledge
- Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary of R 70 000 negotiable based on experience
- Benefits including Medical Aid and Provident Fund
- Performance based Bonus
