Youll receive structured on-the-job training coaching and mentoring from experienced manufacturing professionals.
You will:

• Support daily production operations to ensure safe efficient and reliable manufacturing.
• Monitor production performance and key manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production Engineering Maintenance Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist with production trials process improvements and documentation.
• Present project updates and improvement recommendations to leadership.

• Completed Bachelors Degree in one of the following:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Operations Management (or equivalent)
• Recent graduate
• Strong academic record
• South African Citizen or legal authorisation to work in South Africa

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work well within cross-functional teams
• High learning agility and curiosity
• Passion for manufacturing and continuous improvement

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or a manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
This is a full-time Graduate Programme based within a manufacturing environment in Rosslyn Pretoria. Shift work may be required depending on operational requirements and all safety procedures and PPE requirements must be adhered to.
