Product Support Technician

Join us as aProduct Support Technician where you will provide Level 2 technical support for Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS) and other connected field technologies. This role supports both customers and internal stakeholders by diagnosing and resolving technical issues analysing device data logs coordinating warranty evaluations and returns and assisting with configuration and parameter setups. The technician plays a vital role in ensuring system reliability product performance and customer satisfaction across global deployments.

Your Mission:

• Provide Level 2 technical support to customers distributors and internal teams escalating complex issues when needed.
• Analyse device data logs to identify faults anomalies or performance trends.
• Coordinate warranty returns and keep customers informed through the process.
• Support configuration and parameter setup for global teams via remote assistance.
• Record support cases and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Improve support processes and documentation through feedback and findings.
• Stay current with product updates through regular training.
• Assist with field deployments or remote diagnostics as required.
• Adjust working hours to support teams across time zones.

Your Profile:

• 3 years of experience in technical support field service or electronics troubleshooting
• Experience with digital safety systems industrial automation or mining technology preferred
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and customer service workflows
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Information Technology or a related technical field.
