Procurement Officer

• Coordinate procurement activities to support operational and project requirements.
• Source suppliers products and quotations in line with procurement policies and business needs.
• Maintain procurement systems vendor information and purchasing records.
• Liaise with internal departments suppliers and finance teams regarding procurement and payment matters.
• Process procurement transactions and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance analyse procurement data and report variances where required.
• Supervise and support team members where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Grade 12
• 3-5 years experience as a Procurement Officer within the mining industry
• National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management/Procurement or related field
• Knowledge of procurement principles contract management and supplier relationship
  management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
  
• Valid Drivers License

• Salary: Negotiable
