Procurement Officer

Were seeking a talented Procurement Officer to join our clients team in Mpumalanga!

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Procurement Supply Chain Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Sourcing and Purchasing: Identify reliable vendors conduct market research and manage purchase orders from request to delivery.
• Contract Negotiation: Secure favourable pricing delivery terms and high-quality standards.
• Compliance and Risk: Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies and legal regulations.
• Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Data Management and Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities including cost savings supplier performance and procurement timelines.
• Technical: Proficiency in ERP or Procurement software and advanced spreadsheet management.
