Job Summary
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers and suppliers.
- Ensure all required onboarding documentation is collected verified and accurately recorded.
- Maintain and update the supplier database.
- Conduct supplier due diligence checks in line with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure supplier information and compliance records remain current and accurate.
- Maintain supplier accounts and supporting documentation.
- Administer supplier contracts including renewals amendments and termination tracking.
- Ensure supplier contracts comply with company SOPs and BBBEE requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding account queries documentation and compliance matters.
- Monitor supplier BBBEE certification validity and ensure records remain updated.
- Manage all company cell phone contracts including upgrades renewals allocations and cancellations.
- Liaise with mobile service providers regarding billing queries device issues and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of devices users and contract information.
- Ensure all mobile allocations are properly documented and controlled.
- Support and maintain BBBEE compliance initiatives across the business.
- Collect verify and maintain all supporting BBBEE documentation and evidence.
- Coordinate BBBEE audit preparation and ensure all required documents are available and audit-ready.
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors during verification processes.
- Track supplier BBBEE compliance status and ensure supporting certifications are valid and updated.
- Maintain procurement records databases filing systems and SharePoint documentation.
- Compile and maintain regular reports relating to supplier compliance contracts and procurement metrics.
- Assist with the continuous improvement of procurement SOPs and administrative processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.
- Maintain and update lease agreement records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure lease-related compliance documentation aligns with required certifications and standards.
- Review lease agreement terms and conditions to ensure alignment with favourable commercial terms.
- Adhere to company policies procedures codes of conduct and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all procurement and administrative activities.
- Relevant qualification in Procurement Supply Chain Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 23 years administrative experience within procurement contracts compliance or supplier administration.
- Strong understanding of BBBEE compliance processes and documentation.
- Experience managing contracts and supplier documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Required Education:
Relevant qualification in Procurement Supply Chain Business Administration or related 23 years administrative experience within procurement contracts compliance or supplier administration.
