Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise AI architecture and technical strategy
- Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML-powered solutions
- Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks policies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with AI risk ethics security and regulatory requirements
- Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Define standards for model lifecycle management monitoring and operationalization
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a Principal Engineer Engineering Lead or Architect role
- Strong background in AI Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies
- Experience developing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Knowledge of AI Governance Responsible AI model risk management and compliance frameworks
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or Google Cloud
- Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
- Experience with MLOps data governance and AI security principles
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and strategic decision-making skills
