PREMIUM SPA THERAPIST (MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT)

START DATE: 22 September 2026 - 21 January 2027 (4-months contract)

REPORT TO: Assistant Spa Manager / Spa Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Sunday
• Shifts: 08:00am - 17:00pm / 10:00am - 19:00pm
• 1x Weekend off per month days off in the week
• Hospitality Sector - includes all major public Holidays

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R13366 Basic Salary per month - guaranteed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
2. DIPLOMA achieved Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
3. International accreditation from ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / CIDESCO
4. Reliable transport within the Southern Suburbs or be based within greater Constantia region
5. Professionally groomed - 5-star appearance - looking the part
6. Cruise ship and OR 5-star Spa experience is essential
7. Confident all-rounder with a special interest in Wellness Holistic therapies and rejuvenating therapies
8. Confident in prescribing retail and homecare to your clients

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. Confident and skilled in all standard SPA BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services
2. Ability to effectively and confidently prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
3. Confidently re-book clients where applicable (local clients)
4. Strong team dynamic
5. Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
