Position Purpose
Manage the billing function.
Entails ensuring accurate billing of customers and allocation of receipts.
Position Outputs
Run billing & invoicing for both commercial and residential signed billing & exception reports received from and recommend recoveries schedules to FM for one time postings (manual billing participation rental billings)Review contracts commercial terms before updating and recommend month end accruals to FM for cashflow forecastManage tenants receipts allocationsProcess debit orders for the tenantsPrepare Trial balance and distribute itReview and recommend GL recons (bank and debtors recons) to FM for approvalReview tenants accounts age analysis and distribute to audit requests (both internal & external).Review intergroups confirmationsApplication of tenant depositsReview tenants refundsReview and analyse analysis reportsManage billing personnel.
Qualifications and Experience
National Diploma NQF 6 in Accounting or Financial Management 5 years related experience in a large corporateSupervisory will be advantageous.
