PORTERS SCULLERY STAFF

This role as a Kitchen Porter offers a chance to support the kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization contributing to the overall efficiency of the culinary operations.

Role Overview
In this position you will be responsible for:
Cleaning and Sanitizing : Ensure all kitchen areas equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to maintain health and safety standards.
Assisting Chefs : Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks ensuring a smooth workflow during busy periods.
Dishwashing : Efficiently wash dishes pots and pans keeping the kitchen stocked with clean items at all times.
Stock Management : Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies ensuring proper labeling and organization.
Waste Management : Dispose of waste and recyclables according to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean work environment.
