Requirements:

Must-have:

• 35 years backend experience shipping to production
• Working knowledge of Microservices DDD TDD Event-Driven Architecture Clean Architecture youve used them not just read about them
• Familiarity with CQRS Saga Circuit Breaker enough to follow a seniors lead and contribute meaningfully
• Strong software fundamentals you can reason about complexity failure and trade-offs
• Comfortable in at least one backend language and genuinely willing to learn others
• You ask good questions and dont disappear when stuck

Nice-to-have:

• Frontend skills (React/ or similar) full-slice contributors are highly valued
• Any exposure to LLMs RAG or agent frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms containers CI/CD
• A side project or contribution that shows curiosity
