Platform Engineer (Senior)

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Platform Engineer to develop and maintain modern engineering platforms that enable scalable secure and automated software delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys building cloud-native platforms implementing Infrastructure as Code and driving DevOps best practices across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain enterprise platform infrastructure supporting data and digital products.
• Develop self-service platforms and reusable engineering standards.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code.
• Support Kubernetes container platforms and cloud-native technologies.
• Improve platform observability monitoring security and operational resilience.
• Collaborate with development cloud and data engineering teams to streamline deployments.
• Drive platform reliability scalability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 10 years experience in Platform Engineering DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Kubernetes Docker and container orchestration technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern platform engineering practices.
• Strong scripting and automation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Advantageous

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes and enterprise data platforms.
• Terraform GitHub Actions Azure DevOps or similar automation tools.
• Cloud and Kubernetes certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale engineering platforms.
