Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment in KwaZulu-Natal.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant performance ensuring production efficiency quality standards and operational excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and production output
• Ensure compliance with quality safety and food/beverage manufacturing standards
• Manage production teams shift performance and workforce planning
• Drive operational efficiency cost control and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate maintenance production planning and supply chain alignment
• Monitor KPIs and provide operational performance reporting
• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team

Requirements

• Proven experience in beverage manufacturing or FMCG production environment
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering Operations Manufacturing or related field preferred
• Strong background in plant/production/operations management
• Experience managing full manufacturing operations end-to-end
• Leadership experience managing teams in a production environment
• Strong understanding of quality safety and compliance standards
