- Must have a minimum of 8 years experience as a Plant Manager Factory Manager in the Manufacturing FMCG Industry
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical or relevant tertiary education required
- Proficient in SAP or Manufacturing systems
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes Raw materials Machine utilitisation and Health & Safety compliance requirements
- Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
