Key Responsibilities:
- Turning product requirements into smooth user journeys wireframes and polished high-fidelity designs
- Creating prototypes so clear engineers wont need to schedule a quick alignment call every five minutes
- Owning and evolving design systems component libraries and patterns
- Partnering closely with developers to ensure what gets designed can actually get built
- Collaborating with Product Managers stakeholders and fellow problem-solvers to balance user needs with technical realities
- Using feedback research and product insights to continuously improve experiences
- Championing usability accessibility and design quality across the product
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience as a Product Designer UX/UI Designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design and problem-solving
- Skilled in creating intuitive user journeys wireframes and polished designs
- Confident working with design systems components and design consistency
- Advanced Figma skills because great ideas deserve better than a blank canvas
- Comfortable collaborating with developers product teams and stakeholders
- Able to turn complex requirements into simple user-friendly experiences
- Strong attention to detail because the little things arent always little
- Thrives in collaborative fast-paced environments where curiosity and creativity are valued
