About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Build responsive user-friendly interfaces using React JavaScript HTML and CSS.
• Design develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot debug and optimise application performance.
• Collaborate with developers designers and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain existing applications while delivering new features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in PHP development.
• Strong commercial experience with Laravel.
• Experience working with .
• Solid JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with React.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of relational databases particularly MySQL.
• Experience using Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Advantageous

• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Exposure to Docker and containerised development.
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure).
