Salary: R18 000 R23 000 CTC (experience & qualifications dependent)
Brokerage seeks a strong Personal Lines Administrator to handle full policy administration renewals endorsements cancellations claims followups and client service. Must ensure accurate documentation compliance and efficient portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
Renewals amendments cancellations endorsements
Accurate policy documentation & system updates
Claims assistance & followups
Maintain compliant auditready records (FAIS POPIA FICA)
Client communication & service support
