Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to two General Managers
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
Manage bookings and appointments
Prepare and process invoices
Capture and maintain accurate information
Deliver excellent customer service
Assist with general office administration and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
Previous administrative experience will be advantageous
Valid drivers license
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Friendly professional and bubbly personality
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license will be advantageous
