Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Executive Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the medical recruitment sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing compliance with relevant frameworks and effective team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team through change.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly CPP Framework Submissions
  • Generate and upload the monthly framework submission for CPP.
• Monthly HTE Framework Submissions
  • Generate and upload the monthly framework submission for HTE.
• Contractor Margin Reports
  • Prepare and distribute Contractor Margin reports on a weekly basis to the finance and sales teams.
• Pension Administration
  • Oversee the administration of the weekly pension process ensuring contributions are paid accurately and on time.

Qualifications Experience and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Human Resources or a related field preferred but not required.
• Professional certification in payroll (e.g. CIPP) is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in payroll management preferably within the medical recruitment sector.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience processing high volumes of data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex payroll issues.
• Ability to adapt to and lead through change effectively.
