Payroll Administrator Cape Town

Reporting to the UK Payroll Manager youll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services across the UK Ireland UAE and South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly fortnightly and ad-hoc payrolls across multiple regions
- Resolve payroll queries relating to salaries leave tax pensions and statutory payments
- Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll delivery
- Prepare payroll reconciliations journals and reports
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
- Support payroll compliance and statutory reporting requirements
- Partner with HR Finance and operational teams on payroll-related matters
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Payroll Administrator or Payroll Specialist role
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
- Exposure to high-volume payroll environments
- Strong payroll reconciliation and reporting experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- International payroll exposure will be highly advantageous
