Owned Sales Manager to join their dealership team. This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing automotive sales professional who has successfully transitioned into a junior management role and is ready to further develop their leadership career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both new and pre-owned vehicle sales with a strong emphasis on cross-selling across both departments. The role requires a hands-on individual who remains actively involved in the sales environment while motivating and supporting the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Drive sales performance across both new and pre-owned vehicle departments
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities within the dealership
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Remain actively involved in daily sales activities and customer interaction
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Assist with stock management and showroom presentation
- Work closely with F&I and aftermarket departments to maximise profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure dealership processes and compliance standards are maintained
- Proven track record as a successful Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive within a franchised dealership
- Recent experience in a Sales Management or Assistant Sales Management role
- Strong ability to sell both new and pre-owned vehicles
- Cross-selling experience is essential
- Stable and consistent career history
- Valid drivers licence
- Strong communication negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of dealership sales processes
- Highly sales-driven and target-orientated
