Were looking for a proactive English-fluentSales Development Representative / Sales VAto support a growing remote business. The main focus of this role isoutbound lead generationand helping build pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up.

This is a good fit for someone who is organized persuasive in writing and comfortable working independently.

• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Research and identify potential customers
• Send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and/or email
• Follow up with prospects consistently
• Help manage leads and outreach activity inHubSpot
• Book meetings and support pipeline development
• Provide light sales admin support as needed
• Potentially assist with inbound leads later once trained

• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Experience in SDR BDR sales support or outreach roles
• Comfortable usingHubSpot
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized reliable and self-motivated
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach is a plus
