Job Summary
holds a relevant teaching qualification and is registered with SACE;
has experience working with Foundation Phase students requiring academic learning support;
preferably holds an additional qualification in Remedial Education Learning Support and/or Inclusive Education;
understands current approaches to supporting neurodiverse learners;
has experience within an independent school environment;
combines sound professional judgement with empathy patience and emotional intelligence;
can work collaboratively with teachers specialists and parents without losing sight of the child at the centre of the conversation;
is flexible dependable and highly professional; and
believes that difficulty with learning should never become a childs identity.
