Role Mission
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy integrity and quality of panel scanning data through thorough validation and review processes. The role is responsible for identifying and resolving data inconsistencies making quality edits and communicating data queries to the relevant teams to support reliable and accurate reporting.
Working as part of the Data Quality Team this position contributes to the continuous improvement of data quality standards processes and operational efficiency. The role also supports a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Familiar with the scanning app and how data is collected.
- Understand and follow processes required for validations.
- Focus on priority checks given by manager.
- Communicate and be in touch with the manager where necessary.
- Provide daily/weekly stats in a timely manner.
- Provide data edits from validation in a specified format within the required timeframe.
- Informing Product Dictionary team of new products that can be added to the Masterfile.
- Provide panellist scanning errors to PM team in required timeframe.
- Demographic validation
- Collating data for the monthly tracking reports
- Ensure backups of own work is saved on network daily.
Key Capabilities
Your background will ideally look like this
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis data quality or a related field.
- Understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
- Experience with data validation data cleansing and identifying data inconsistencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated proactive and capable of managing workload independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information for accuracy completeness and effectiveness.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to identify opportunities to enhance processes and data quality.
