Location:Claremont Cape Town
Work model: Predominantly in-office (4 days in-office 1 day WFH)
Salary: R30 000 R35 000 CTC

This is new headcount driven by a growing brand portfolio and they need someone ready to get stuck in from day one.

What the job involves...

  • Building and managing paid social campaigns across Meta TikTok Pinterest Snapchat Reddit and more
  • Interpreting briefs accurately and executing campaign setups to spec
  • Troubleshooting campaign delivery issues proactively and implementing solutions
  • Meeting deadlines across multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Producing weekly monthly and ad hoc performance reports on time every time
  • QA-ing all reports thoroughly before submission
  • Identifying performance trends and translating data into clear actionable insights
  • Writing commentary that goes beyond describing metrics
  • Liaising with UK-based teams in a professional and responsive manner
  • Following structured ways of working and brand-specific process guides
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing and team upskilling

What you need to be considered...

  • 23 years experience in a paid media or performance marketing role
  • Solid agency background multi-client multi-brand experience is essential (in-house candidates are unlikely to be a fit)
  • Hands-on in-platform experience across paid social channels
  • Strong reporting skills: comfortable pulling interpreting and presenting performance data
  • Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet strict time-specific deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a strong personal standard for accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive communicator your team always knows where things stand

Bonus points if you...

  • Have worked with or have exposure to UK-based clients or campaigns
  • Are comfortable picking up new platforms quickly
  • Have experience with quarterly or H1/H2 planning cycles
