Job Summary
Our Gauteng client is seeking a Packaging Supervisor for their manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team improving operational performance and ensuring targets are achieved
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Production Management Diploma
3 - 5 Years experience supervising packaging operations within manufacturing
Understanding of production and packaging processes
Leadership coaching and team development skills
Analyse performance data and implement improvements
Communication and organisational abilities
Willingness to work shifts
