Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Organisational Effectiveness Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping organisational culture enhancing performance management practices driving change initiatives and delivering organisational effectiveness strategies that support long-term business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to partner with senior leadership and influence meaningful organisational change within a complex and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organisational effectiveness culture and change management strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead organisational design initiatives including operating models workforce planning and structural alignment.
  • Drive performance management and talent management frameworks to support employee growth and organisational success.
  • Administer interpret and report on psychometric assessments in compliance with HPCSA standards.
  • Deliver culture activation programmes and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organisational values and behaviours.
  • Facilitate change management interventions impact assessments and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Provide strategic advisory support to leadership through data-driven organisational insights and diagnostics.
  • Prepare and present reports proposals and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology and registration as an Industrial Psychologist.
  • Current professional registration with the HPCSA.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Organisational Effectiveness Organisational Development or a similar senior specialist role.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic Human Capital initiatives.
  • Extensive experience with psychometric assessments organisational diagnostics culture transformation and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of organisational design talent management and performance management frameworks.
  • Experience within medium to large organisations preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
  • Sound understanding of South African employment legislation.
  • Change Management certification and SAP SuccessFactors experience will be advantageous.
