Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive capture and process customer purchase orders
- Ensure all order details are correctly captured and maintained on the relevant system
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with internal departments
- Keep customers updated on order progress and expected delivery timelines
- Provide sales administration support with pricing availability and order information
- Conduct quality checks to ensure orders are accurate before dispatch
- Prepare invoices packing slips and other relevant documentation
- Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and customer queries
- Compile accurate reports relating to orders sales and inventory
- Matric
- Previous experience in an ordering sales administration or order processing role
- Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills
- Sage Evolution experience
