What you will be doing:
- Serve as the technical bridge connecting Coupa and SAP Concur to Oracle Fusion ERP using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST/SOAP APIs cXML and sFTP feeds.
- Map and sync critical enterprise structures - including Chart of Accounts (CoA) Cost Centers Business Units Suppliers and Employee HCM profiles - across all three platforms.
- Build automated flows for purchase orders requisitions receipts tax and AP invoice payloads from Coupa into Oracle Fusion Payables.
- Direct approved Concur expense reports into Oracle Fusion AP for reimbursements and the General Ledger (GL) for journal postings.
- Configure JSON/XML payload mapping build robust error-logging mechanisms and resolve API timeouts or posting failures.
- Lead end-to-end integration and UAT testing validate data integrity before go-live and deliver complete technical mapping documentation.
What our client is looking for:
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud ERP Coupa or SAP Concur would be beneficial.
- Experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials / Technical Consultant.
- Ability to connect both Coupa AND SAP Concur directly to Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Technical mastery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) API integrations (REST/SOAP) and cXML file processing.
- Deep functional understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Accounts Payable (AP) General Ledger (GL) and Travel & Expense (T&E) workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Chart of Accounts (CoA) structure and open interface tables.
