Operations Project Manager - Rneg
A fastgrowing organisation is looking for a handson Operations Project Manager to drive execution across operational logistics process and implementation projects.
This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems creating structure and getting things over the line in a fastmoving environment.
Responsibilities:
Own projects endtoend from problem definition to implementation.
Break complex operational challenges into clear actions timelines and deliverables.
Work across Operations Technology Commercial and
Customer teams to deliver outcomes.
Identify bottlenecks risks and inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
Track progress report on milestones and ensure execution happens.
Build scalable processes and improve how the business operates. Use data to support decisions and measure results.
Requirements:
Experience in operations implementation logistics engineering or project delivery.
Strong problemsolving ability and comfort working in fastchanging environments.
Ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive accountability.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
High levels of ownership initiative and followthrough.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
