Key Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 3-5 years post-articles experience
- Strong operational and commercial finance exposure
- Experience within one or more of the following sectors:
- Construction
- Industrial
- Renewable Energy
- Solar Projects
- Engineering or Infrastructure projects
- Proven experience partnering with operational teams and project managers
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
- Advanced financial modelling forecasting and budgeting skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance across operational business units and projects
- Partner with project managers and operational leadership to improve profitability and efficiency
- Manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
- Analyse project costs margins and commercial risks
- Support strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and business insights
- Monitor project performance against budgets and forecasts
- Ensure strong financial controls governance and compliance
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
