Operations Manager – Remote (USA Hours)

Our client is a fast-growing financial services business operating within the personal injury and healthcare sector in the USA.

They are looking for a highly adaptable Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations support multiple functions and help improve processes as the business continues to grow.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on operational professional who is a fast learner resourceful proactive and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

• Coordinate and support daily operational activities across different departments.
• Assist leadership with operational planning reporting and process improvements.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
• Support collaboration between teams to ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
• Monitor operational performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities processes and business requirements.
• Assist with operational projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved.
• Develop and document procedures to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on operational and people-management support where required.

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar operational leadership role.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 employees.
• End-to-end people management experience including:

  • Recruitment and hiring

  • Onboarding

  • Training and development

  • Performance management

  • Employee exits/separations

• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
• Comfortable managing changing priorities and multiple responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear and confident communication.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• A proactive solutions-focused approach to operational challenges.

You do not need to have a highly senior title or extensive years of management experience. However previous management experience is essential particularly experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.
