Operations Manager

Hire Resolves Client is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operational heartbeat of a premium luxury services business.

This is far more than a traditional operations role. You will operate at the intersection of luxury hospitality concierge executive protection chauffeur services travel and lifestyle management working closely with the CEO while coordinating teams suppliers clients and strategic partners.

• Oversee daily operations across concierge executive protection chauffeur travel and lifestyle services.
• Ensure every service is delivered with precision professionalism and attention to detail.
• Coordinate internal teams suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless execution.
• Continuously improve operational processes workflows and efficiencies.

• Manage client requests bookings and service delivery from start to finish.
• Coordinate personalised and discreet experiences for VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Handle escalations professionally and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure every client interaction reflects world-class luxury service standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with premium service providers including:

• Luxury hotels lodges and hospitality groups
• Chauffeur and transport providers
• Security and executive protection teams
• Luxury brands and lifestyle service providers

Ensure suppliers consistently meet the required standards of quality professionalism and service.

• Coordinate complex travel and logistics arrangements for clients and executives.
• Manage flights accommodation ground transportation and detailed itineraries.
• Coordinate security and executive protection requirements.
• Oversee VIP experiences events and special client requests.
• Ensure all movements schedules and bookings are confirmed and executed seamlessly.

Act as the CEOs operational counterpart providing visibility and control across key business activities.

• Coordinate operational priorities and projects.
• Provide structured and timely operational updates.
• Identify and escalate matters requiring executive attention.
• Ensure decisions and commitments are executed efficiently.
• Support high-level executive engagements and logistics.

• Develop and maintain operational trackers workflows and schedules.
• Monitor bookings suppliers deliverables timelines and active projects.
• Identify risks delays and operational inefficiencies before they become problems.
• Implement corrective action to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide regular operational reports to management.

• 34 years experience in Operations Management preferably within luxury services hospitality travel concierge VIP or high-end client environments.
• Proven experience working with VIP / high-net-worth clients.
• Strong end-to-end operations and logistics experience.
• Experience managing suppliers service providers and external partners.
• Exposure to chauffeur/transport security executive protection travel or lifestyle services will be advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working closely with a CEO founder or senior executive.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
