A leading food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee plant operations production quality and supply chain activities within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 1015 years Operations Management experience.
- Essential experience in meat poultry fish or protein manufacturing.
- Proven track record managing large production teams and driving operational efficiencies.
- Experience engaging and negotiating with major retail customers such as
- Strong knowledge of food safety HACCP GMP quality standards and compliance.
- Relevant qualification in Operations Engineering Supply Chain or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production processing dispatch and operational activities.
- Drive productivity cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure food safety quality and regulatory compliance.
- Manage operational budgets resources and performance KPIs.
- Develop and lead operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales Supply Chain Procurement Finance and Quality.
