Job Description:

Our client a fast-growing South African AI and digital health venture is seeking an exceptional Office Manager / Operations Lead to become the backbone of their business operations. This high-trust role requires a proactive professional who can take ownership of administration operational systems documentation project tracking and stakeholder coordination.
You will work closely with founders and external professional advisers to ensure the smooth running of the business maintain critical corporate and operational records coordinate budgeting and financial administration manage logistics and events and implement efficient operating processes using modern digital and AI-enabled productivity tools.


Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in operations office management executive support project coordination or business administration
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence engaging with senior executives and external advisers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of digital fluency and experience using modern productivity tools
• Proactive problem-solving approach with outstanding follow-through

Qualification:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration Operations Management Commerce or a related field advantageous
• Proven operational management experience is essential.
