Salary:R150 000 per month

A leading retail organisation is seeking an experienced and commercially astuteHead of Operations Financeto join its executive leadership team.

This strategic role is responsible for driving financial performance operational efficiency budgeting forecasting cost management and business profitability across the retail operation.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce.
• Professional Finance qualification such asCA(SA) CIMA ACCAor equivalent.
• Minimum of810 years senior finance leadership experience.
• Proven experience as aHead of Operations Financeor in a similar operational finance leadership role.
• Essential:Previous experience within theretail industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting financial analysis and operational reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional leadership analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational finance function across the business.
• Drive budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and business performance.
• Monitor financial KPIs and provide strategic financial insights.
• Manage cost control working capital and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance governance and strong financial controls.
• Lead and develop the operations finance team.
