Duties & Responsibilities
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work as a team member of the central IRE/LRE team to ensure the infrastructure and platform stability and
- performance for the entire organisation
- Moderate and organize troubleshooting meetings in terms of escalations and overarching incidents.
- Plan organize and coordinate worldwide IT Emergency exercises.
- Lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified
- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- ITIL certification (advantageous)
- Minimum of 8 years IT working experience
- ITIL process knowledge and work experience (Required)
- Minimum 6 years experience in an operations environment
- IT Infrastructure Knowledge
