Operations Coordinator

One of our clients are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Operations Coordinator to manage their team in Durban.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain or Finance qualification.
• 23 years of experience in an operations logistics or supply chain coordination role preferably within the Fuel Oil or Petrochemical industry.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with experience liaising with customers suppliers and transporters.
• Experience processing orders from start to finish (procurement to delivery).
• Must be comfortable managing transporters and ensuring strict ETA adherence.
• Advanced Excel skills and system proficiency.
• Essential: Willingness to be on call 24/7 and work in a fast-paced environment.
