Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client a passionate team specialising in the web app & IT consulting sphere (aimed primarily at helping independent financial advisers manage split track and analyse revenue) is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join their team.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • You will be assisting our team of Onboarding Business Analysts ensuring that new customer onboardings are executed timeously and accurately. Along with helping provide customers with an awesome first experience you will use your out-of-the-box thinking skills to help improve and standardize business processes.
  • Collate and process data from various external sources
  • Data analysis clean up and standardisation
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Ensure the ongoing success of new clients
  • Identify opportunities to drive product refinements to continuously enhance the customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are an out-of-the-box thinker a brilliant multi-tasker have a natural aptitude for organizing and are always keen to solve tricky problems with some creative your everyday life you inspire change and believe that there is always a better easier way to do everything (yes everything!). Through some weird cosmic twist of fate you also like prepping large amounts of data in Excel spreadsheets (Because who doesnt right).
  • Bachelors degree or higher in finance or related field (required)
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in an accounting position (required)
  • Working experience in the South African financial services/financial planning industry (preferable)
  • Experience using online software tools will be highly advantageous
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and pattern identification.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Highly adaptable to a variety of software tools and programs
  • Hungry resilient and motivated to succeed
  • Self-motivated and proactive yet a team player
  • Detail-orientated and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
