MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification: Degree Diploma in Logistics SCM International Trade Transport Management or related field ESSENTIAL
- Minimum of 5 years experience in FREIGHT FORWADING & LOGISTICS environment ESSENTIAL
- Highly efficient with proven operational experience in:-
- OCEAN Freight Imports & Exports
- Customs and clearance processes
- International Trade Documentation
- Sea freight import and export shipments ESSENTIAL
- Experienced on freight forwarding operating systems Cargo Wise or Shipshape or similar
- Strong communication planning organisation and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple shipments priorities and deadlines
- Solid working history with contactable references
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Confident in INCOTERMS
- Computer proficiency:MS Office & CargoWise or ShipShape ESSENTIAL
- Duties include:Manage import and export shipments across sea air road & cross border operations shipment co-ordination arrange bookings with shipping and airlines transporters and other service providers resolve challenges managing invoicing deliver excellent customer service monitor shipment progress provide updates to clients
- Own reliable vehicle & valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements)
- Position is office-based in Bedfordview Johannesburg Gauteng Province

- OCEAN Freight Imports & Exports
- Customs and clearance processes
- International Trade Documentation
- Confident in Incoterms
- Manage import and export shipments across sea operations
- shipment co-ordination
- arrange bookings with shipping agents transporters and other service providers
- Resolve challenges
- Managing invoicing
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor shipment progress
- Provide updates to clients
